Here are all of the resources I've found for realtors in Japan listed alphabetically, including sites with lists of realtors as well as sites that also offer realtor services. These sites may also include options for searching for houses, so this is a good resource even if you aren't specifically looking for a realtor. I'll include the name, link, and a short description for each website. Some may be from certain sources and will be cited or separated as such. Of course, as with finding houses often another good way to find a good realtor is to go to Japan and ask around, and you can also look around blogs and YouTube for success stories with specific realtor companies.

Real Estate Company PDF List: https://www.pref.ibaraki.jp/doboku/jutaku/minkan/06kodate/akiyatoutaisaku.html
Japanese-only PDF list of real estate companies in Japan. I suggest using the Google Translate App to get an idea of what each company is and offers. If you can't find the company by it's translated name, click on the text for the name of a specific company to send the translated text back to the main screen. From there, copy the Japanese for the company name and google it.
Real Estate Japan: https://realestate.co.jp/en/real-estate-agent/list?prefecture=&city=&access%5B%5D=forsale&search=Search
List of realtor companies and their specialties in no particular order. Most of the companies listed operate out of Tokyo.
6 Foreigner Friendly Realtor Companies (minus 2 repeat companies):
Blackship Realty:
Offers sales and rentals, to get in contact with them to find a realtor/property, email info@blackshiprealty.com or dm their Instagram @Tokyoportfolio.
Mitsui Fudosan: https://global.mf-realty.jp/en/
Similar name but different website to the one above. Mostly Tokyo Properties and prices are quite high, starting at around $500k. Offers investment purchases as low as $300k though.
Realestatejapan: https://realestate.co.jp/
Provides realtor services and listings for properties everywhere, as low as 10,000 usd.
Similar to the one above but less listings. Listings are pretty expensive. Provides realtor services, initial consult seems to be free.
Shingi Fusaya:
Provides realtor services and lists new and used properties. Japanese though so must use Google translate. Staff knows English. Important to note that 1,500 ten thousand yen is equivalent to 15 million yen or ~$112,000. Using the words ten thousand yen just means you should add 5 zeroes to the price.
Tokyo Livable: https://www.livable.co.jp/biz/hk/en/
Provides realtor services. In order to find properties, select property type and search by monthly payment(which is the mortgage you want) 100k yen/month is equal to a total cost of 30 mil yen for the property, which is roughly $225k. "Select along line" finds properties along the train lines/stations. Requires a bit of research about the area you want to select the right stations. Can find some by area but searching by train line provides more search results. For English help contact one of their overseas branches in Singapore, Hong Kong, or Taiwan- https://www.livable.co.jp/

Wagaya Japan: https://wagaya-japan.com/en/
English Comprehensive housing list with lots of filters. Limited number of lower priced houses. Offers online realtor appointments with virtual showings.
SoTheBy's Realty: https://www.sothebysrealty.com/eng/sales/jpn/0-300000-price
English site with listings in dollars but has very few cheaper properties. Offers virtual showings with Realtor.
Conclusion:
That is all of the websites I have found so far, and while this list is not comprehensive it should provide you with enough options to discover a realtor that fits your needs. Don't forget to click on the links for the sites I have mentioned as lists since they will have a lot more options than what I have here.
